CONCESSIONS:

• 100% of the proceeds are deposited directly into the WWABC General Fund.
• NEW FOR GYM SPORTS...WE HAVE AN ACTUAL ROOM DEDICATED TO CONCESSIONS THIS YEAR! 
•  VOLUNTEERS & SIGNUP:
• Volunteers are needed to set up, sell, and clean up the School Concessions at home games.
• Volunteers will sign up through BOOSTERHUB.  (signupgenius will NOT be used this year]
• WWABC Volunteer Sign-Up  Please share this link to secure volunteers for YOUR TEAM’S HOME GAMES    
• You may also have help from student volunteers who are earning volunteer hours. Student volunteers are not guaranteed, but if you do have them, please allow them to help and feel free to sign their volunteer sheet if asked.

LOCATION OF OUR CONCESSION STANDS:

• GYM: Enter the main entrance of the school & proceed to the theater doors-to the right of the main gymnasium doors.  The window to the right of the doors is the WWABC Gym Concessions Stand. 
• GAINING ACCESS: The doors should be unlocked by our Athletic Director (AD) Chancey Wolfe,  Assistant Athletic Director (AAD) Garrett Stevens, or a designated Booster Club Member prior to your arrival. 
• If the door is not unlocked, please seek the AD/AAD out or text Jaime @ 651.208.6352.

OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

• A detailed list of Opening and Closing the Concessions is posted in the Concession Stand along with pricing-tell your volunteers to look for the binder on the counter.
